ENTRY INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS
HOW DO I ENTER?
All entries are managed via the Njuko online registration service.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO ENTER?
The minimum age for each event on or before the race day is as follows:
17 years old for the Northstowe Half Marathon
11 years old for the Venture Adventure 5K
Entries for participants under 18 must be completed on their behalf by a parent, legal guardian or carer.
CAN I TAKE PART AS A WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE?
Participants using non-racing wheelchairs are welcome to take part in the 5K. Because of the nature of the Half Marathon course, please contact us before entering so we can discuss its suitability and any reasonable adjustments with you. For safety reasons, wheelchair participants may be asked to start at the rear of the relevant start wave or in another appropriate position.
If you require a supporting runner or another reasonable adjustment to take part, please contact us at info@northstowehalf.co.uk. Where a supporting runner is required, we can provide them with a complimentary entry.
CAN I RUN WITH A DOG?
Animals will not be permitted on the Northstowe Half Marathon and Venture Adventure 5K courses. We are unable to allow guide dogs on the course, but we can offer a free place to guide runners. We can also assist in finding a guide runner if required. Please contact us at info@northstowehalf.co.uk if you have any questions or require further assistance.
CAN I RUN WITH MY CHILD IN A BUGGY?
Running with a buggy is not permitted in the Northstowe Half Marathon and Venture Adventure 5K race. Bikes, stilts, roller skates, skateboards, etc., are not allowed in either race.
PRE-RACE INFORMATION
CAN I TRANSFER MY PLACE TO SOMEONE ELSE?
You may transfer your place to another runner free of charge until 5.00 pm on Sunday 18 April 2027. Please email your request to info@northstowehalf.co.uk. The new runner must complete their registration and accept the Event Terms and Conditions before the transfer is confirmed.
You must not give your race number directly to another person.
CAN I WITHDRAW AND GET A REFUND?
Entry fees are non-refundable. Optional third-party refund protection is available to purchase during registration and is subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.
If you did not purchase refund protection, you may defer your entry to the 2028 event for a £10 fee, provided that your written request reaches us no later than three weeks before race day.

CAN I USE HEADPHONES WHILE RUNNING?
Only bone-conduction headphones are permitted. You must remain aware of your surroundings and be able to hear instructions from marshals and the emergency services.
HOW DO I GET MY RACE PACK?
Information about the in-person collection will be published closer to the event date.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Information about the parking facilities will be published closer to the event date.
