Northstowe Half Marathon has received its race licence approval and is run under UK Athletics Rules for Competition. You can see the licences for each race here. RunBritain allows runners of all abilities to record their progress and compare results across a range of distances and terrains with their handicap scheme. As an approved race, your runtime will be converted into a points score and adjusted depending on the conditions and the course. If you like statistics and data it’s well worth a look!
We’ve also just taken delivery of our amazing winners trophies – 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed awards for male and female runners in both the Half Marathon and the Fullscope 5k. In addition to the overall winners, we’ll also be recognising age category winners in both races. Of course, everyone is really a winner, with your own targets, challenges and reasons for running and we’re looking forward to celebrating all your achievements with you on the day.
